Dr. Brian Friesen graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1978, where he was honored with the Gold Medal in dentistry, an award given to the student with the highest academic standing in the Faculty.
Since then he has owned and operated ten dental clinics including an Advanced Digital Dental Lab that offers CAD-CAM solutions for dental offices.
Over his many years in the profession, Dr. Friesen served as the past President of the Canadian Academy of Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontics. He also attended the first UCLA Aesthetic Continuum course where he was 1 of 2 out of 40 participants who completed and passed the presentation and written exams.
Today, Dr. Brian Friesen is well-loved and known by his patients for his commitment to excellent results. He can often be heard reminding his patients that they are more than just their teeth and this often means taking the extra time and care needed to understand the needs of each of his patients and ensure he’s doing what’s best for them and for their long-term health.
When he is not in the clinic, you can often find Dr. Friesen in the kitchen, where he is just as committed to quality food as he is to his work. He also has an appreciation of fine art and many of his personal favorites can be found on the walls of the clinic.
