Rosa is not only the office manager but hers is also one of the first smiles you meet as you enter the clinic. You can always find her first thing in the morning with a dark roast coffee as she starts her day.
She joined the clinic in 2019 soon after meeting Dr. Friesen whose commitment to excellence and his dedication to patients assured her that she had found the right home for herself. Rosa believed in the quality of his work and his vision for the future of the clinic and Rosa’s strong work ethic and genuine warmth have only furthered that vision and made her an invaluable part of the team.
Rosa finds that the most rewarding part of working at Creating Smiles is seeing and talking to the patients and her fellow staff, both of whom she refers to as her little family. She values the bonds she creates and believes everyone should feel happy and welcomed when they walk through the doors.
In her spare time, Rosa enjoys traveling, particularly to Portugal, where her family is. When she’s not keeping our ship running at the clinic or helping patients you can find her at home gardening and spending some quality time with her family.
